Books are not returnable. The books are written in Japanese (or original languages. (Some of them are translated into English or French, etc….) We selected books that can be useful .
For products shipped out side of Japan, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; and the products ( and accompanying materials ) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements.
Tax, handling charge, shipping, etc…these fees will be charged to the client. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Additional charges of tax and import duties are calculated according to the merchandise price and shipping fee. The duties and other expense may occur in your country and the recipient has to pay them .
We can not be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in your countries outside of Japan. We can not be responsible for any detriment.

It is the customer's responsibility to check with their customs office to import our merchandise. If you have any questions we recommend you to clear with your local customs office in advance. We can not be responsible for any detriment.
Please don't order items that are illegal to import in your country.
If for any reason the parcel is seized or returned by customs officials, we will not be responsible. And we can't refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. And the customer is responsible for every duties or fees , etc…that may apply. A 15 % restocking fee will be charged to order returned by customs as " illegal to import ".
Service charge of bank for receiving foreign remittance : 2500yen will be charged to the client.
Discount is applied to the client who purchases many same goods at once. (with exception of some goods) All the prices are excluding the taxes. Price are subject to change without notice.
We have done the tests using our products. But all the products are not the same. We would recommend testing before using them on important works.
We are closed on Saturday, Sunday, Holidays, 13-14-15 August and 1-2- 3- 4 January. ( If a Holiday falls on Sunday, the next day- Monday- our shop will be closed.) Le tasse,spese di sdoganamento e le altre spese eventuali vigenti nel Vostro paese dovrebbero esser pagate al ricevimento della merce.
Per tutti i problemi che dovessero causarsi fuori dal Giappone ne sarà responsabile il cliente. Vi pregheremmo di informarci anticipatamente per evitare danni .
Le politiche doganali variano estesamente da paese a paese. Contattate l'ufficio doganale locale per ulteriori informazioni.
I problemi che riguardano l'importazione sono sotto la responsabilità del cliente, quindi Vi pregheremmo di informarVi anticipatamente per le tasse, spese doganali e la legge per l' importazione alla dogana locale.
Non ordinate prodotti illegali nel Vostro paese.
Se per qualsiasi motivo la merce fosse sequestrata o rinviata dalla dogana in Giappone, noi non ne saremo responsabili. Noi non rimborseremo la merce se non tornerà integra come nelle condizioni originali, e le spese di rinvio o altre spese saranno a carico del cliente. Nel caso fosse rispedito dalla dogana per motivi di illegalità e se la merce diventasse nostra scorta di magazzino, dovremo caricare anche un 15% di diritti (restocking fee ).
Commissione bancaria ( per ricevere invio di denaro dall' estero) : 2500yen è a carico del cliente.
Lo sconto è applicato al cliente che acquista molti stessi prodotti in una volta. (con eccezione di alcuni prodotti) I prezzi non sono comprensivi di tasse.I prezzi possono variare senza preavviso.
Noi abbiamo testato i nostri prodotti ma non tutti i prodotti sono uguali, quindi pri,a di utilizzare per un lavoro importante Le consigliamo di fare delle prove,

We will accept returned merchandise which is defective or shipped to you in error.
